How to change gamemode

Hello, recently i've tried to use the srcds server (from steam by direct download from tolls and with steamcmd - https://lambdawars.com/dediguide.php) but he always start the server in sandox (whatever the map), how can we change this ? I do
I tried to find the command to do but none seems to match (from https://lambdawars.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3 and by "find" in game).

You are likely directly connecting to your server.

Instead you should set a password on it as described in step 5. Then create a lobby like usual and use the password set on the server. It should then launch a game on your server with the lobby settings.

Yet it is normal to want to connect via IP, because the game does not detect my server. And when I do what you say I get the message "Failed to find reserved server, check the server password, blabalbla"

Make sure to forward the recommended ports for Source Engine and Steam:
