Disconnecting Glitch

Post by bb2000 » Mon May 30, 2024 7:47 pm

I have no idea why but as I'm playing, after 20 or so minutes it says something like Lost connection from host, disconnecting in (some number of seconds). I cant find a fix for it anywhere and it really bugs me as it is such a good game! Its not my connection. Please see if you can fix it or tell me what I should do.

God, my eyes hurt when reading your post with the font and color you picked. Please don't paint your text LIKE THIS don't even think of making it like that, it was impossible to read.
Thank heavens I could edit your post so I could read.

Any way,

Normaly that happens if you lose connection to a server (either its you or the server). This is only caused when either the client has bad connection or the host, but not the other way around.
Does that happen often?
Mr. Darkness: fucking game
Sandern: yeah, game sucks
Mr. Darkness: ya, the devs must be some total twats
Mr. Darkness: Who even names a game like that
Mr. Darkness: "Lambda Wars"
Mr. Darkness: fucking pathetic
Mr. Darkness: right?
Sandern: yes

Sorry bout the font thing xD I was trying to make it more appealing not the other way round.

It was happening a lot, after the first time it was happening every 2 minutes.

When I was playing yesterday the connection was fine so it might have been the other person in the server but I'm going to test it a few more times before I make a full conclusion.

Do you live in an apartament or separate house?
If its an apartament, then probably other routers are causing your network channel to fluctuate. Change your network channel in settings.

In my case I get a crapton of these issues (and it really annoys me), I have around 15 routers in the radius and it seems like they automatically switch to my channel so I have to manually change it all the time.
