[Bug] For host available Sandbox in Annihilation/Destroy HQ

l don't know how but, in-game was Custom Units such as Alien Swarm Marine with 10k hp and his name "Liberty Prime"... host said he doed it when was enable sv_cheats 1... l won't doed video/more screens because was confused.
