he probably mean installation. For v0.5 just use the .exe and it will do the rest.

I try to download the .exe and it tells me to save it in a folder

What folder do I save it in?

hmm, that will be :\steam\steamapps\sourcemods depends in what folder your steam folder is, in my case it will be E:\

When you execute the exe, the installer is supposed to automatically find your steam directory.
