Jenks has just figured out a way to add "Arachnids" to Half-Life 2 Revolution. It is fucking amazing. I am not kidding, check it out.

It can fit in HL2 since it 'relates' to the Antlions, and right now it's in a Beta stage, but mainly works. It has a few problems in combat I'm trying to worm out.

It roars before it attacks for an awfully long time and sticks back, for example...

GAWD I wan't those arachnid warriors! anyways, I got them on the dan's npc pack of gmod, I saw them in action, they are really awesome but are so much easy to kill... well how I see you have added some things of that pack like some german and star wars troopers I have a little question: tha Hellknight, possible to be addded?

yep, the hellknight is on the model pack i send jenks, it has its own anims to! so that could be added.

Right now, I can tell you guys this and clear up some rumors:

1. I'm making 2 patches, "Replica" Patch, and the "Creep" Patch
2. The Creep Patch will contain Arachnids, maybe M.I. Troops to help combat the theme of the Arachnids (Starship Troopers), Zombines, and other possible Creeps like Snorks and shit from S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
3. The newly announced Replica Patch will contain a new mini-faction, the Replica Soldiers from F.E.A.R. (They have been reprogrammed and are serving their own faction)
4. Vehicles might be included for the Replicas, but I'm not so sure
5. Building Models are coming along smoothly, and a Revolution Menu Wallpaper has been finished
6. I might not make Storm Troopers, I'm afraid to say I feel they will be a waste of time
7. I'm slowing down on Revolution work with both Patches, but that doesn't mean I'm stopping or it will take forever
8. The Replica Patch will possibly come out first, seeing as the Arachnids have a few Bugs to sort out (LOL GET IT )

I can only use Source Models! Like, I can't take a Zergling from Starcraft and use it; plus, it would also be in 2D even if I could.

I really can't say, the Beta has just been passed around by the Beta Testers, but I really want to release these two Patches when their done. I don't half-ass my shit I put in.

the Neo heavy combine soldier ZOMG! seriously the combine is my favourite faction and I see the rebels has some heroes (grigori and uriah for now) so I thinked search a hero for the combine because breen is so weird as hero he doesn't knows how to use a freggin weapon and the rebels don't will attack him if he is in hte battlefield (because their AI doesn't let them attack it) so I think this is a cool 1

UNIT_REPLICA_RECON (Basic Replica Soldier)
UNIT_REPLICA_URBAN (Urban Replica Soldier holds a VK-12 Shotgun, like in F.E.A.R.)
UNIT_REPLICA_TACTICAL (T117 Replica Soldier, AKA Tactical Variant, toughest Replica next to the Elite)
UNIT_REPLICA_ELITE (Expensive, and cumbersome Replica Soldier)
UNIT_XENOMORPH_FACEHUGGER (Combine Unit, spawned from Eggs, very cheap, but takes a while to make)
UNIT_ARACHNID (Not buildable, my bad, must be spawned)

Loads of bug fixes and AI changes! Icons have been added for many of the older Units!
