Units not building

I've been playing as the Combine on the most recent update (December 21st Patch) and I've been playing as the combine, but when I try to build a unit in the Citadel, the build timer will go down but the unit won't come out at all.

Could use some more information, like offline/online/gamemode/map, etc

Should be fixed now, we released an update for it. It's just on that map.
