some kind of an HQ, Or A Building that costs like 432689274653267543574 Gazillion to build but have like every existing unit in it or something

yeah i dont think havein a mini citadle is a good idea it doesent fallow the story very well

I agree with aceacs123. The citadel is a big huge thingo that is imposible to control, its imposible make, as you know, and we dont know how it looks from the top

And the citadel is already dead also.

well there is more then 1 citadel but its true theres not a citadel on every corner...

Yeah more citadel but i dont think there is anymore because if the combine lost that citadel then they will go to another, not to the Borealis :|

Uhh, are you guys forgetting the Nexus? The combine converted a museum or library to a HQ for them, That and they are spread out across the world, so don't you think they'd have air-droppable bunkers, and some sort of air-drop/mobile Nexus? It can be your HQ, build Stalkers(builders) and basic overwatch soldiers, AND, have some sort of suppression mortar for anti-infantry defence.

To end the debate upon whether or not there are multiple citadels, and why the combine don't use the other citadels to get back to their homeworld, just watch the speech kleiner gives on TV in Episode one. He explains that the destruction of the city 17 citadel's dark fusion reactor cause a mass disruption of all combine portals.

ok guys well think of it this way, ur from the citadel, like an utpost and stuff is brought in using the "dropship" idea thats good, u dont rly have to build the citadel but its like "technically" where the ships come from.

The combine dont really build mobile facilities, the work more like this:

Capture/repurpose large structure (like the prison "nova prospect" or the museum "nexus"), update and build up on it, extend defences out radially.
