How do I go firstperson

I've seen some videos were they are first person and it looks really cool I want to know how they do it, anybody know?

Hello,
You can go into first person mode in Sandbox game mode.

When playing in sandbox, you have a panel on the top of your screen. On the top-right you will see "Control Unit" bar. Click it, and then click on the unit you wish to control in First person.
Mr. Darkness: fucking game
Sandern: yeah, game sucks
Mr. Darkness: ya, the devs must be some total twats
Mr. Darkness: Who even names a game like that
Mr. Darkness: "Lambda Wars"
Mr. Darkness: fucking pathetic
Mr. Darkness: right?
Sandern: yes
