No Servers/Can't add cpu? (Pretty much unplayable)

Why is no one hosting servers, THERE WAS A NEW GIANT UPDATE D:
I can't add cpu for some reason its greyed out >:(
the only option left is the very LONG and BORING overrun
seriously can someone please play a game with me sometime add me on steam
why cant i add cpu please tell me how do i add it otherwise
or tell me how to find servers

Also how do I increase the unit count? 20/50 is not good for big battles, im thinking like 100-150

sv_unitlimit, but won't work if the server is started using matchmaking (except when playing offline).

CPU is not yet supported, which is why it is grayed out.

Well now your able to add cpu's and more people are on!
