Like the prison idea but Combine don't just hold prisoners. They convert them to stalkers or combine soldiers. It could be a stalker processing centre. Or you could have a mission to ambush drop-ships with prisoners using rpg's and then fight troops holding the prisoners spawning from the downed dro...

Wouldn't it be possible of letting both sides take over already existing buildings or parts of bigger buildings as a temporary measure for setting up a base, with severely reduced building cost/time? They both do it in Halflife 2 and if both sides can do it in hl2:wars it would be easier to balance...

I see where Ennui is coming from. HL2 always has designs that look like slightly rusting new technology, like the combine vehicles(apart from the hunter possibly). They don't look very clean and sterile. Take the HL2 Wars opening background menu screen as an example. I'd make it look more like that....
