A.I. Rebels don't build Spec-Ops or HQs
Basically, being with the rebels is too hard in A.I. Skirmish, and being with the Combines is too easy. A.I. Rebels don't ever build HQs or Spec-Ops, so that means no Vorts, Dogs, rocket rebels, or rebel flamers on the other teams, and that also means no "kill dog" achievement. This only applies for...

You know, you could try thinking outside the box! The Combines' story is pretty much unknown right now, so why not make one up for them?

I like the idea! I mean I'm sure it's going to take alot of coding, and is going to add my Megabytes onto the game. I already requested Xenian Grunt and Controller allies for the game to help the rebels out, since they're stranded and pretty much have no other choice. But that's my theory.
