A reason not to translate is this: If they don't understand English should we really be catering to them? English is as said the most common language and in a lot of countries it's being taught as the first "second language". Some exceptions to learning English... well, they're pretty much listed on...

But some content will turn out somewhat weird when you don't have certain SDKs/games.
