I have been working with hammer since i was given a burnt copy of HL1 in 2003. :D
I also have a large amount of experience with photoshop.

This is all i've got in the way of examples. (The "Skull Kid" picture was never finished due to my HD dying and taking years worth of maps and .psd's with it :( )

Why do you want to work on HL2W?
An RTS in the half life universe? Who WOULDN'T want to work on this mod.

Seeing a map in itself would be better, maybe try making a small map for example, such as a few rooms with alot of detail.
On the photoshop side of things what i can see is pretty good. Did u take a A-level media course at college, if so what grade did you get?

We're going to need a lot more in the way of examples of work than that.

A tiny bit of hallway. All I can tell is that you can place props, do basic geometry and texturing, and add a light. A complete map of some kind is pretty much required. Also try adding a source for the steam and why is it green?

Examples of textures are also needed, whether they are character/weapon/prop skins or environment textures.
