Although theyre incredibly strong in combat, i say give em only medium hp, since they're not really "fit". Sounds good, but with the combine's power, it would just be strider singularity cannon target practice, since it can deploy troops to defend itself. There is a way to get something to stay X units above the ground, at least in Gmod10 with wire, so we'd probably need to impliment lua, and I doubt that would happen.

A small parking area (or just scattered cars), as if people panicked and scattered to evac for something, and didn't get too far. Sorta like in S.T.A.L.K.E.R., where there was a major disaster, people fled, ars got jammed up or broke down, and they left em everywhere, making good bits of cover here ...

Thats the whole point, theyre DISPOSABLE. If the rebels lost something big and heavy, that would be a major blow to their forces. Its like warhammer (I've only played the demo mind you), Requesition and Power. Pretty simple: requisition is your general supplies (metal, food, fuel, etc), and power is used for "assembling" them.

I don't think vehicvles would get veterancy, or at least benefit from it much. Maby accuracy if anything since everything else is dealt with by modifying/upgrading the vehicle through research and changing the loadout in the garage (for the rebels anyway, the combine stuff is mass produced, although...

Just give em small stats upgrades. Like every level they get like 15hp points more, a bit more accuracy, a small damage increase, and maby a small buff once they reach max level, like making units near them a bit more accurate or do a bit more damage.
